The stoop was added, as was the white front door. Just to the left of the white door is the stairwell to the top floor, and next to the bottom of the stairwell is another door to another apartment. So, it looks as if there may be 4 apts???. When we lived there there was just two apts at the top of the stairs and one on the ground floor. AND, it had only one address... 8920. Went on Zillow and found 8920 to be 1425 sq ft and 8922 763 sq ft. Doing a Google Map Search, if indeed the photo is recent, it shows only 2 addresses on the curb 8920 and 8922. Zillow also describes the property as a triplex. BUT I was able to do a search for all the supposedly listed addresses on the curb in another pic that shows 8920½ and 8922½. Now here's the rub; Zillow showed 8920½ to have 900 sq ft, and 8922½ with 763 sq ft. If the total sq ft for the entire building is 3084 sg ft, then adding up the 4 addresses we arrive at 3851 sq ft. Thus a 767 sq ft TOO MUCH! Very, very, VERY confusing.
