The Ling Cemetary is located on a farm south of Shade Township, which is located south of Winber, west of Bedford and east of Stoystown. To go to the cemetary you would turn off Lincoln Hwy (Rte 30) and drive north on Ridge Road turn right on Browning Road. The farm house will be on your left, where I would suspect you would need permission to get to the Cemetary.

As you can see from the map, Flight 93, crashed very close to the cemetery and Indian lake.
