Anthony Ling was born 25 March 1740 in Darmstadt, Hesse, Germany. He died in July 1813 in Stoneycreek Township, Somerset, Pennsylvania. He is buried in the Ling Cemetery on the former Ling farm in Somerset, Pennsylvania. He married Elizabeth Radd. Date and place unknown.
